FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about what review removal can and cannot do.

Can you remove any negative review?

No. A negative review is not automatically removable. There must be a defensible policy or legal basis for challenging it. We assess the review first and explain whether we see a viable removal path before the engagement begins.

Do you guarantee removal?

No legitimate provider can guarantee a decision made by Google, Glassdoor, Trustpilot, or another independent platform. Our success-based payment model protects you financially: if an approved review is not successfully removed, you do not pay the removal fee.

Is review removal legal?

Yes, when the process uses legitimate reporting, compliance, appeal, privacy, and legal channels. We do not fabricate evidence, impersonate other people, manipulate ratings, or interfere with platform systems.

What evidence should I provide?

Helpful evidence may include customer or employee records, invoices, CRM searches, employment dates, emails, messages, screenshots, evidence of competitor involvement, duplicate-review patterns, and extortion demands. The necessary evidence depends on the platform and the selected removal ground.

What if I already reported the review?

We can assess the previous submission, identify possible weaknesses, and determine whether an appeal, escalation, or alternative reporting basis may still be available.

How long does removal take?

Timing depends on the platform, type of violation, available evidence, and whether the case requires escalation. After reviewing the links, we will provide a realistic estimate for your specific case.

Will you contact the reviewer?

No. We do not pressure or negotiate with reviewers. Our work is conducted through the applicable platform and compliance channels.

Can the review return?

Content removed after a documented policy decision generally has a stronger basis for remaining offline than content removed through informal arrangements with its author. However, no independent provider can control future actions by a reviewer or guarantee that similar content will never be posted again.

Do you create positive reviews?

No. We do not write, purchase, incentivize, or publish fake reviews.

Do you work with multiple reviews?

Yes. We handle individual reviews, coordinated attacks, review patterns across multiple profiles, and large-scale projects for franchises and multi-location brands.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. We provide white-label and behind-the-scenes support for qualified agency partners.
